Yoga of attentiveness according to Asokananda
There are many reasons for practicing Yoga. It is surely a good option to remain healthy and flexible. Yoga also offers relaxation and a decrease of stress. Additionally, Yoga improves a better and deeper breathing which also strengthens the body´s defense mechanisms. Finally, Yoga is a possibility to live a more sensible and peaceful life.
Yoga is a perfect addition to meditation.
In the dynamic form of Hatha-Yoga, the balance of the body and mind is reached by physical exercise (Asanas), breathing exercise (Pranayama) and meditation. Hatha stands for the power that has to be exercised in order to reach the goal of unity of the opposing energies (hot and cold, masculine and feminine, positive and negative, sun and moon). Yoga according to Asokananda implies that the exercises are carried out in breathing rhythm, whereas breathing and movements are synchronized.
After a Yoga lesson you will find your body feeling relieved and free, relaxed and powerful at the same time. Your mind will also find peace and serenity.
The classes are ongoing and are for beginners as well as advanced participants.

10 evenings 150,00 Euro
