Course content and schedule for the massage course |
1st Weekenend, |
Introduction to history of Thai- Yoga- Massage. Short film from Asokananda.
Treatment techniques for the front of the body
. Foot-massage, stretching and joint mobilization. Work on energy lines on the legs, treatment techniques for the legs and the lower back. Yoga-Streches. |
2nd Weekend, |
Treatment techniques in the supine position.
Abdomen massage and the impact on the inner organs. Massage to the chest and ribcage, arms, shoulders and hands. Yoga-Streches. |
3th Weekend, |
Treatment techniques in the lateral position. Energy lines in the legs, buttocks, lower back, shoulders, arms. Yoga-Streches. |
4th Weekend, |
Treatment techniques in the prone position and sitting up, closing with face massage in supine position.
Legs, feet, entire back, Yoga-Stretches, shoulders and neck. Head and face massage. |
5th Weekend, |
Treatment suggestions and selection of exercises for specified treatment of selected disease patterns.
Practice of an entire massage under supervision. Discussion of the final treatment.

Accomodation |
I can assist in finding an inexpesive accomodation upon request. Overnight stays on mattresses in the studio are also possible. We are located in the downtown area of Nuremberg. There are many organic shops / stores / diners around. |
Arrival |
By plane- Nuremberg Airport, then take the metro U2 towards Röthenbach, get out at Plärrer, from there it is a 3 min. march, please see the map on the homepage www.energiemassage.de
