During my travels through Asia, I got in touch with the Thai-Yoga-Massage and was instantly convinced of this remarkable art of bodywork.
I began my training in massages, meditation and Yoga with Harald Brust
(Asokananda), who taught in Thailand, Europe and New Zeeland. During his stay in Sri Lanka he was ordained as a Buddhist monk and founded the Sunshine Network afterwards. As an author of many books about Yoga, meditation, Thai-Yoga and Keralite Massages he became famous all over Europe. Unfortunately Asokananda passed away in June 2005. He is still missed very much.  
More training and qualifications for massages and Yoga followed (and will continue) on an international level. In February 2008 I learned the art of AcroYoga right from its founders Jason Nemer und Jenny Sauer-Klein.
