Contractual partners
Contractual partner for treatments and trainings / seminars is the Massage studio Thai-Tao represented by Lucia Ullrich.
Appointments
Scheduled appointments are binding for both sides. You can cancel appointments free of charge 24 hours prior to treatment at the latest. If you do not cancel an appointment on time, don’t show, or are late to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the treatment. Those conditions also apply for appointments to redeem a gift certificate
Massage time
Appointments are planned according to time needed for treatment. Charges begin at scheduled time, latest at your arrival in the studio. If massage is delayed, for reasons not caused by me, your delay will shorten your treatment time, if treatment has not become impossible due to time lost.
Health advises
Only information you have stated in our form can be considered. It is essential that you make full and detailed statements about your current health status prior to your first treatment. Please also notify us about an ongoing condition and other treatments you might receive or if anything changes in your health status.
Kursabbruch
Sollte ein Teilnehmer auf Grund seines Verhaltens (physische oder psychische Unausgeglichenheit) den Unterricht mehrfach stören, behindern oder eine Gefahr darstellen, kann der Dozent den Ausschluss des Teilnehmers vom Unterricht veranlassen.
Die Kursgebühr wird nicht erstattet!
Data Security
We highly respect and protect your personal data. Generally, all data you provide to us for purposes of the treatment contract are processed and stored electronically.  You can request info about data saved regarding yourself at any time.  Your data is treated confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Your data is not available to third parties so misuse is prevented.
Liability
We are only liable for damages caused intentionally and by gross negligence, that are not of the body, health or life. This does not apply to claims for tortious liability. If a principal and ancillary obligation is slightly violated, we are only responsible for damages resulting of expected course of actions.  If damages resulted based on wrong or missing information you have made regarding your health status and we could not recognize this information / condition you missed to provide during treatment, we are generally not liable. This is also true for ordinary damages or consequential damage.
Payment
Payment for treatment provided by me is due immediately afer treatment in cash, or by gift certificate (possibly with additional charge if treatment exceeded the gift certificate amount) If charge is credited, the bill is due within 14 days upon receipt.
Gift certificates
Gift certificate are only valid for the stated treatment / amount within. If charge for received treatment exceeds the amount the gift certificate states, additional payment has to be made immediately after treatment. If the charge for a treatment is less than the amount of the gift certificate, the difference cannot be refunded in cash. Damaged or lost gift certificates cannot be refunded.

Expiration for gift certificates: if an appointment is not cancelled and a no-show, the gift certificate is also considered expired. Refunds are not possible.
Validity: The gift certificates expire one year after date of issue, if time limit is not interrupted for legal purposes.
Seminars
Conditions of payment
Openings for my seminars are limited, therefore registrations are considered in the order they are received and down payments for registration are received.  You will promptly receive a written confirmation of your reservation. Upon receipt of your reservation, your spot is confirmed.
If you have not received a confirmation / bill 10 days after registration / down payment, you are responsible for follow-up. If I do not receive a call / follow-up, I assume that the confirmation / bill have been received by you in the mail. The remaining balance for the seminar is due 4 weeks prior to the seminar at the latest. Only payments received prior to the seminar can be considered and entitle to participation.
Please make sure you mark the seminar / seminar date and your name when you transfer funds.  The course fee will be posted in the seminar brochure. Data security is provided. Data will be saved and used only as needed for seminar purposes and will not be available for third parties.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in a written form 4 weeks prior to start of seminar, releases you from all obligation of payment. A administrative cancellation fee of 50,- Euros will be charged. If you cancel or rebook the seminar less than 4 weeks prior to start of seminar, you are obligated to full payment, even if training has not yet been paid. 100% of payment is due for no-show and drop-out.  In case of a health condition with a doctor’s note, the already paid amount will be credited to a later seminar. Cost for materials will not be reimbursed. Materials will be send to participant if requested. Participant will be responsible for the postage. Transfers and cancellations have to made in writing and are legitimate after I have confirmed the receipt of those.  Transfer to another participant is possible at any time and no cost. Refund for the administrative fee is generally not possible.
Cancellation of seminar
If a seminar should be cancelled for important reasons, the participants are entitled to a full refund. Further claims no not exist.
Liability
If a seminar is cancelled due to illness of a teacher, a low number of participants, for reasons I cannot be held liable for or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to the seminar. I cannot be held liable for: objects brought to the seminars and workshops, other immediate damages and cost, to include loss of earnings, loss of profit or claims from third parties, loss of data, travel cost, consequential damage financial losses of all kinds. Furthermore I point out that course contents are only suggestions. I am not liable for possible consequences that might occur from later treatment / practice. 
Final clause
For execution of this contract, German law applies exclusively. Conditions for participation remain valid and binding; even if specific other terms do not legally apply.  Ineffective terms will be substituted by terms economically most efficient to the ineffective term.  Terms and conditions, that deviate from above stated terms and conditions, require a written agreement in order to be legal and binding.
